This month, our journey takes us to the vibrant heart of Cuba, the birthplace of some of the world's most iconic rum traditions and the inspiration behind countless timeless cocktails. In celebration of Ernest Hemingway's birthday, we pay tribute to the legendary writer and his enduring love affair with Cuba, beginning the evening with a classic Hemingway Daiquiri.
As the sun sets on another wonderful season Upstairs, we invite you to join us for a special edition of the Rare Rum Supper Club—our final evening before we close our doors for the seasonal break. The night concludes with an exceptional Cuban rum paired with dessert, a fitting finale to an unforgettable season.
